All makeup appointments will take 60 - 70 minutes, depending on look requested, prices will vary depending on look also. Spray Tan appointments will take 30 minutes. If you are making other appointments (e.g hair) please ensure you take into account the above service times.

 

Please be on time, If you are late you will only be giving the remaining scheduled time and your service may not be fully completed but you will be charged the full service price. This is to ensure that other clients services are not effected.

When making a booking it is reserved especially for you, I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, I respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations. 

STRICT AND ENFORCED 48 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY!

 

- Less than 48 hours notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

- “NO SHOWS” or cancellation on day of appointment will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.

This fee will be applied to your account and will need to be paid upfront. No further bookings will be made until the balance is fully paid. 

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving sufficient notice, I then miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on the waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Since the services are reserved for you personally, the above cancellation fee will apply.

 

Finally, for safety reasons and due to the limited space, I ask you not to bring children to the salon.

DEPOSITS:

A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to secure your appointment. You will be notified at time of booking how to pay the deposit. This deposit will need to be paid within 48 hours of requesting your appointment. If the deposit is not paid within 24 hours your appointment will be cancelled without notice. The remaining balance can be paid on the day. Thank you.
